Enjoying work, who doesn't want that? In this series influencers Nesim and Qucee take upon the challenge to connect jobseeking Dutchies with employers who are true advocates for job satisfaction.

In four episodes, distributed on the YouTube channels of both Nesim and Qucee, we witnessed how the boys went to various Tempo Team employers throughout the Netherlands. From parcel company PostNL to catering expert Sodexo, all the way to the stockroom of Xenos.
The goal of the series was to increase brand awareness for Tempo Team and to make their claim on the importance of enjoying your work as HR service provider. Through working with Qucee and Nesim, a.k.a. the CEO's of job satisfaction, we reached the target group, 18-34 year olds who have been educated LBO/MBO, on platforms where they spent most of their online time.

To visualize the feeling of job satisfaction our motion graphic designers came up with various recognizable yellow and blue bumpers with 'work' elements, such as a forklift. But also cool random stuff that the target audience loves.
We went all out with the branding of the series. Each episode started with a flashy pimped Tempo Team car. But we had also microphones, mugs, stickers and yes, even T-shirts.
